Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy
Important Note:
Customers are required to record a clear, continuous video while opening the parcel. This video will be necessary to process any claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
24-Hour Return Policy
We offer a 24-hour return window, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, and tags
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
7-Day Check Warranty
We provide a 7-day check warranty on our products.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects or functional issues that occur during normal use within 7 days of delivery.
If your product develops a technical fault within this period, please contact us and we will evaluate the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or suitable solution where applicable.
Warranty Limitations
Our 7-day check warranty covers manufacturing defects or functional faults only.
The warranty does not cover issues caused by:
- Normal usage over time
- Cosmetic wear, including scratches, fading, or surface marks
- Accidental damage, drops, or improper handling
- Use of incompatible chargers, accessories, or power sources
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is:
- Defective
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrect
Please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We will not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Items that have been opened or used beyond normal inspection
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper charging
- Batteries damaged due to the use of high-voltage chargers
- Products showing signs of physical damage, excessive use, or cosmetic changes such as scratches, dents, fading, or wear that occurs after usage
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to:
Request a return for the original product
Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
